Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) to use claria. You are responsible for keeping your email secure and for activity on your account.

You retain ownership of the decks, cards and notes you create. You grant claria a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you — including sending it to our AI provider when you request a generation or assist.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use.

Don't abuse the service. That includes automated scraping, attempts to bypass usage limits or quotas, reverse-engineering the AI prompts, or using claria to harass, defraud or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The Free plan is free of charge with a deck limit. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel it from the Billing Portal. Canceling stops future renewals; your current plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 60 days and we will review for a refund.

AI-generated cards are produced by a statistical model and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing cards before you rely on them — for exams, clinical decisions, safety-critical work or anything else where accuracy matters. claria is not liable for outcomes from acting on AI-generated content.

We work hard to keep claria reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features, and occasionally need downtime for maintenance. Free-tier usage is subject to weekly AI quotas that may change as we learn what is sustainable.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, or for non-payment of a Pro subscription, after reasonable notice where possible.

claria is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms as claria evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use claria after a change means you accept the revised terms.
